Depth Vision Technology ToF (Time of Flight)
ToF technology is based on measuring the time that travels through the light from the memento when it leaves the light unit to the moment when it is captured again by light sensors.
In recent years, this principle has found its application and thus a completely new category of devices called ToF cameras has been created.
In addition, the advanced intensity modulation used in ToF cameras is clearly Continuous Wave Intensity Modulation. The principle is that the observed scene is actively illuminated with intensity-modulated infrared light. The reflection of this light is then captured by the sensor and thanks to the time shift and the constant speed of light, we can transform this shift into the distance between the sensor and the observed object.
